Frank Jones was a carpet layer who moved from London to Chesham. He was born at 9 New Church Road, Southwark. In the 1891 Census Frank and family were living in Coldharbour near Sacombe, Herts. Frank was born at 9 New Church Road, Southwark in 1883. His father John was living at Woodhall, Hertfordshire when he was born. Frank and his family had moved to Hanmer in Flintshire by 1887, but by the 1891 census the family had returned to Coldharbour near Sacombe in Hertfordshire. In the 1901 census Frank was a footman for Charles Johnston a clergyman and was living in The Hall in Bradfield Combust in Suffolk. Frank died at 22 Brockhurst Road, Chesham in 1955. |
